bonita is a BSR-INTERREG 4B project that was initiated to form a strong cluster of transfer practitioners within the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) whose goal, in turn, is to develop mechanisms for turning research into sustainable regional values.

Since its formation in 2009 project partners have been actively pursuing transnational efforts directed at successfully bridging the gap between research and the useful application of new technologies. bonita has launched and maintained several ongoing projects in organizational coaching and training, the creation of a technology transfer model, the establishment of a transnational technology transfer network, and the creation of a series of interconnected technology showrooms.
